Thoughts Can be Changed

by Ron Thompson ACCHT

Hypnotherapy Audio Recording by Ron Thompson –38 minutes 22 seconds

Do you ever wonder how can I get myself to stop thinking automatically negative thoughts? There are times when our thoughts seem to spiral into more and more negative, depressed, types of thinking patterns. And like a spiral, it seems that one thought will link to another and then another.  Taking a person down a very dark and dismal train of thoughts.

A great way to end these thoughts is simply to believe that you CAN change them and that you are the master of your own mind. By listening to this MP3 hypnosis recording you will find that by focusing first on relaxing your mind and body you can then go the next step of allowing yourself to remember to forget all those negative thoughts that were there for an instant but now they are gone from memory completely.

You see you can choose to change your thoughts because thoughts really can be changed by you.  All you need to do is relax completely and allow Ron’s voice to guide you into a deep hypnotic sleep where you can simply forget all about those negative thoughts that you had and instead fill your mind with memories, thoughts, feelings that are creative, inspiring, loving, forgiving, and grateful.

For best results it is recommended that you listen to this recording often and while reclining in a chair or lying down in an upright position in a bed where you have full body and head support. Be sure to keep your body in an open position and refrain from crossing your arms and legs while listening to this and any hypnotherapy recording. And it also recommended that you find a place where you will not be disturbed by any outside noises or distractions such as pets, children, TV, phones, internet. Wearing noise cancelling headphones are also recommended if possible.
