Stop Nail Biting by Ron Thompson ACCHT
Hypnotherapy Audio Recording by Ron Thompson – 35 minutes 11 seconds
Do you find yourself chewing on your nails without even noticing that you’re doing it, sometimes chewing them down so much that they hurt? Are you becoming embarrassed in how your nails look to your friends and family? Many people suffer from nail biting and want to change this habit. You probably have tried many times before in your own mind to quit doing it but you still continue and it’s like you just can’t stop.
Here’s why; your nail biting has become a habit programed into your sub-couscous mind by you a long time ago. Whenever it was that you started to chew your nails, you may have started doing it because it is connected to something you felt that you needed at that time. The more you did it, the habit became stronger, and you may have created a feeling of completion by doing it, until your mind has now made it an automatic response to an emotional or physical need.
By listening to this self-hypnosis recording regularly, it may help to tap into your sub-conscious mind and change the programing that is creating your desire to chew your nails and change it into what you want for yourself which is to be free, absolutely free from biting your nails. Your subconscious automatic habits like nail chewing, can be changed so you can let go of this habit and return back to beautiful nails with no desire to ever bite your nails again.
The more you listen to the download the better you will get. You will find that this habit just fades away until it becomes a distant memory.
For best results it is recommended that you listen to this recording often and while reclining in a chair or lying down in an upright position in a bed where you have full body and head support. Be sure to keep your body in an open position and refrain from crossing your arms and legs while listening to this and any hypnotherapy recording. And it also recommended that you find a place where you will not be disturbed by any outside noises or distractions such as pets, children, TV, phones, internet. Wearing noise cancelling headphones are also recommended if possible.
