We have our nightly rituals that we do the same every night in the same manner, at the same time, so the result becomes simply automatic for us to sleep. So what’s your routine? Do you have warm glass of milk, then a bath or shower, wash your face, brush your teeth, put on your jammies, take your medications, brush your hair, use the toilet and you do all these very same things every night at precisely the same time so that your mind is programmed to know exactly what you are going to do next….you are going to climb into bed and have a restful, deep, sleep. Right?

While listening to this recording Tracy Thompson, ACCHT will help to guide you towards learning how to reprogram your mind so that you can get back to that time when sleeping was a very natural and normal, thing to do. Actually guiding your inner mind to find and correct the errors in your mind that led you to not sleep like you should. For best results it is recommended that you listen to this recording often and while reclining in a chair or lying down in an upright position in a bed where you have full body and head support. Be sure to keep your body in an open position and refrain from crossing your arms and legs while listening to this and any hypnotherapy recording.
