Today more than ever before, we seem to have more stressful lives due to outside influences at home, at work, with our relationships from our family or friends; stress seems to come towards us from all directions. With this stress and tension recording it helps a person to release the inner tension that gets built up within the body and mind of a person by providing a feeling of security and inner healing.
In everyone’s life we have a choice to make regarding how we choose to respond to stressful events. We can choose to respond calmly and peacefully, or we can choose to be tense and stressed. By listening to this recording, it provides a calm approach that fills a person with a feeling of deep relaxation, calmness and peace. These feelings will remain with you throughout your life.
For best results it is recommended that you listen to this recording often and while reclining in a chair or lying down in an upright position in a bed where you have full body and head support. Be sure to keep your body in an open position and refrain from crossing your arms and legs while listening to this and any hypnotherapy recording. And it also recommended that you find a place where you will not be disturbed by any outside noises or distractions such as pets, children, TV, phones, internet. Wearing noise cancelling headphones are also recommended if possible.
