Memory Recall for Students
Hypnotherapy Audio Recording by Ron Thompson –33 minutes 43 seconds
Studying for exams can be tough for most students when they must take in and store large amounts of facts, equations, tables, historic dates and times. All this information being stored in the mind along with the added pressure to achieve high marks in order to pass equivalency testing can all be very stressful. All this stress worry and fear can cause a person to freeze or block from memory the very information that you worked so hard to learn and remember precisely during a final exam.
This recording is designed to help you to increase your memory recall easily and naturally. Relaxation is the key towards helping you to recall the information that you need especially during an examination. As you listen to this recording it teaches you how to relax and how to store the information in your mind so that you can easily retrieve it whenever you are called upon to access that information at a later date.
For best results it is recommended that you listen to this recording often and while reclining in a chair or lying down in an upright position in a bed where you have full body and head support. Be sure to keep your body in an open position and refrain from crossing your arms and legs while listening to this and any hypnotherapy recording. And it also recommended that you find a place where you will not be disturbed by any outside noises or distractions such as pets, children, TV, phones, internet. Wearing noise cancelling headphones are also recommended if possible.
Suggestions, metaphors, and some of the wordings that were used in some of these hypnotherapy scripts for recordings have been taken from the following sources: ‘Handbook of Hypnotic Suggestions and Metaphors’ by D. Corydon Hammond, Ph.D.; ‘Seventy Proven Hypnosis Scripts’ by Robert Hughes, BCH; ‘Great Escapes by Del Hunter Morrill, M.S., N.B.C.H.
