We all get anxiety at certain times in our lives, but with the current events going on worldwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic this is becoming more common. Most of us are dealing with ‘The What if’s’ right now because there is so much uncertainty as to our health, family health, finances, and job security, which can cause emotional anxiety symptoms to develop. Perhaps you are finding it difficult to sleep right now or maybe you are feeling a sense of foreboding, and worrying constantly doesn’t help the situation get any better, does it? For best results it is recommended that you listen to this recording often and while reclining in a chair or lying down in an upright position in a bed where you have full body and head support. Be sure to keep your body in an open position and refrain from crossing your arms and legs while listening to this and any hypnotherapy recording. And it also recommended that you find a place where you will not be disturbed by any outside noises or distractions such as pets, children, TV, phones, internet. Wearing noise cancelling headphones are also recommended if possible.
