Everyone experiences changes in their lives and sometimes we lose confidence in ourselves because we develop an erroneous belief that we aren’t quite as good at something as we used to be. Because having confidence is about having that belief in yourself that you ARE confident it becomes important to go back into your stored memory of previous successes in your life and to tap into those confident feelings. Confidence is really a state of mind that needs to be practiced, strengthened, and encouraged to be an internal belief.
By listening to this recording, it helps to strengthen that inner core by practicing imagining yourself in front of a mirror being a positive, self-assured, confident human being. It will undoubtably bring about many positive benefits into your life.
For best results it is recommended that you listen to this recording often and while reclining in a chair or lying down in an upright position in a bed where you have full body and head support. Be sure to keep your body in an open position and refrain from crossing your arms and legs while listening to this and any hypnotherapy recording. And it also recommended that you find a place where you will not be disturbed by any outside noises or distractions such as pets, children, TV, phones, internet.
