Hypnotherapy Audio Recording by Ron Thompson – 42 minutes 02 seconds

In everyone’s life there are times when we react to a situation in a very angry way.  And in that reaction we tend to look at ourselves and wonder why is it that we acted out in this way. Sometimes there is an emotional trigger for this anger to take shape. This self-hypnosis download is designed to help you to control your angry reactions.

We already know that we always have a choice as to our response to a situation. Anger or calmness comes down to managing that moment in time before you react, by stopping and thinking about your response first. In this recording we take you back to the moments in your life when you acted angrily and have you see yourself stopping and reacting in calm, relaxed, ways instead. In doing this it helps you to practice better responses and knowing that with a calm and relaxed response you will have a much better outcome to any situation that you may find yourself in.

As with all self-hypnosis the more you listen the more these new suggestions replace your old habits into new ones. Soon you will find that you think first before you react in anger, and keep calm, confident and in control.
